The "Borghetto francescano" with its old farmhouse that has
been renovated with an eye to Umbria's rural tradition, offers guests a
quiet and peaceful retreat.
Located on the slopes of the Assisi hills
between the Chiascio and Tescio river valleys, it affords a marvellous
view that stretches front the valley below the property across to the
slopes of Perugia. It is just minutes from towns famous for their art
and spirituality, such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto and Todi. It
is also close to less-known castles and medieval hamlets (Rocca S.Angelo,
S.Gregorio, Castel d'Arno, Tordibetto), in an area known for its
old-world atmosphere and natural surroundings.
The complex, which is
located on two staggered floors, includes several large and comfortable
apartments. All the apartments have an indipendent entrance, and they
are furnisched in a typical Umbrian style, with a touch of sophisticated
elegance to make your stay even more enjoyable.
